Qualifications for the Ford X-Plan Program:

• Employees (Full-time, Part-time, and Contract).
• Retirees and spouses. Residents of the same household (of eligible Partner companies and specific organizations).
• A driver's license is required for proof of residency.
• Partners are by invitation only as determined by Ford Motor Company and Lincoln Motor Company.
• Not all suppliers, fleets, etc. are eligible.

Bring Proof Of Eligibility

• All participants must provide a recent pay stub, company I.D., W-2, or company healthcare card.
• Business cards will not be accepted as proof of employment.
• Your local Ford dealer must list your company or organization's name on the Ford X Plan Pricing Agreement.
• Residents in the same household as eligible employees or retirees must provide a driver’s license for proof of residence.
• Membership-based partner companies must provide a Ford X Plan card that indicates a 60-day minimum membership.
